The third album is finally here, and like I said it would be, it's different.
I've decided to let the synths rest this time around, and focus on making music with a more grounded and performable feel. To this end, I produced this album using a lot of acoustic instruments, as well as swing, ornamental motifs, and other elements to lend it a less digital more real-world sort of feel. I did a lot of real-time improvisation during the composition stage of the album to give the project a more natural feel, and you can hear these para-performances prominantly featured on "Jazz Flute" and "Jazz Piano".
Anyway, I'm happy to have something new to add to the collection, and I, as always, hope this new release brings someone some amount of joy, and that it is an improvement on my previous venture.
I don't know when my next project will be, as there are some big changes coming up in my personal life that may hinder my usual work-flow; however, I do have another album already in the works, though I currently intend on releasing this privately and under another name.
